Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Complex Persian prepositional phrases combine simple prepositions with nouns to express sophisticated spatial, temporal, and abstract relationships.
- Use 'به' (be) for direction: به سمتِ خانه (towards the house).
- Use 'در' (dar) for static location: در میانِ درختان (among the trees).
- Use 'از' (az) for origin or source: از جانبِ مدیر (on behalf of the manager).
