Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use the subjunctive to express hopes, doubts, or desires by switching the -ir ending to -a.
- Start with the 'eu' form of the present indicative: 'partir' -> 'parto'.
- Drop the '-o' to find the stem: 'part-'.

Expressing Hope
