Como Funciona
O Imperativo Dual é usado exclusivamente para duas pessoas (Antuma). A melhor notícia? É neutro em gênero.
Diferente do singular, onde você precisa distinguir entre homem e mulher, a forma dual é idêntica para ambos. Dois homens, duas mulheres ou um casal: usa-se a mesma palavra. É eficiente e fácil.
Padrão de Formação
Para construí-lo, modificamos o verbo no Presente. Vamos usar kataba (escrever).

Pegue a forma Vocês (dois): taktubaan (تكتبان).
  1. 1Remova a primeira letra
Tire o prefixo t- (ta). Fica: ktubaan.

Corte o n (noon) no final. Fica: ktubaa.
  1. 1Adicione o Alif auxiliar (se necessário)
Como palavras árabes não podem começar com silêncio (sukūn), adicione um Alif no início. A vogal depende da vogal do meio do verbo.
  • Se a vogal do meio for u, o Alif leva u (u-). Exemplo: uktubaa (Escrevam!)
  • Se a vogal do meio for a ou i, o Alif leva i (i-). Exemplo: idhhabaa (Vão!)
