tanوtanto: يقع الطالب العربي في هذا الخطأ بسبب ترجمةas...asإلى «مثل» في العربية. في العربية، نقول «جميل مثل»، فنظن أننا نحتاج كلمة واحدة. لكن في الإسبانية، يجب التمييز: هل تقارن صفة؟ استخدمtan. هل تقارن اسماً؟ استخدمtanto(مع مراعاة التأنيث والتذكير). السبب هو أنtanتعامل كظرف (لا تتغير)، بينماtantoتعامل كصفة للمعدود (تتغير). - 2تغيير الصفة نفسها: الطالب العربي المعتاد على وزن «أفعل» يحاول أحياناً تغيير الصفة. مثلاً يقول
más granderظناً منه أنه يجب إضافة شيء للصفة. تذكر: الصفة في الإسبانية «مقدسة» لا تلمسها، فقط أضفmásقبلها. - 3نسيان التوافق في
tanto: لأننا في العربية نقول «كثير من المال» و «كثير من الكتب» دون تغيير في كلمة «كثير» (غالباً)، ينسى الطالب أنtantoفي الإسبانية تتبع الاسم الذي بعدها. إذا كان الاسم مؤنثاً، يجب أن تقولtanta.

tanto قبل الاسم، عاملها كأنها صفة. لازم تطابق الاسم في النوع (مذكر/مؤنث) والعدد (مفرد/جمع)! No tengo tanto dinero como tú para ese viaje.
