Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds
Use the Future Perfect to talk about an action that will be completed before a specific point in the future.
- Use 'ter' in the future simple + past participle: 'Eu terei terminado'.
- The past participle usually ends in -ado (ar) or -ido (er/ir).
- It expresses certainty about a future completion: 'Até lá, eu terei chegado'.
Overview
Eu terei terminado o exame. となります。ここで重要なのは、未来の時点（来週の今頃）から過去を振り返るという「視点の投影」です。この「未来の地点から過去を見る」という時間軸の感覚を身につけることは、複雑な予定や目標、さらには推測を表現する上で不可欠です。この文法を習得することで、単なる「未来の予定」の羅列から抜け出し、より精緻で論理的な時間表現が可能になります。ビジネスのプレゼンや将来の計画を語る際、この時制を使いこなすことで、あなたのポルトガル語は一段と洗練されたものになるでしょう。(A)、未来の特定の時点を (C) とします。未来完了形が指し示す動作は、(A) と (C) の間、つまり (B) の地点で完了していることを意味します。話者は (C) の地点に立ち、過去の (B) を振り返るという、いわば「未来からの回顧」を行っているのです。Quando ele chegar, eu já terei preparado tudo. となります。ここで chegar（未来の基準点）と terei preparado（それ以前の完了）が明確に分かれています。日本語の「～ておく」が持つ「準備する」というニュアンスと、未来完了の「完了状態」が組み合わさることで、非常に論理的な文章が構成されます。ter の「直説法未来形」＋「過去分詞」です。これは英語の will have + past participle と構造が同じです。ter (未来形) | 過去分詞 | 例 (fazer) | 日本語訳 |ir + ter + 過去分詞 という形も非常に一般的です。ir (現在形) | ter (不定詞) | 過去分詞 | 例 (fazer) |terei feito と言っても間違いではありませんが、カフェで友達と話すときやSNSでのメッセージでは vou ter feito の方が自然に聞こえることが多いです。- 1未来のある時点までに動作が完了していることを明示する場合:
Até o final do mês, eu terei terminado o relatório.（月末までに、レポートを書き終えているだろう。）「期限」を表す até との相性が抜群です。- 1過去の事態に対する「推量」:
Ele já terá chegado em casa.（彼はもう家に着いているだろう。）これは未来の話ではなく、現在の時点での「完了したはずだ」という強い推測を表します。- 1将来の目標達成:
