مجهول: افعال گزارش (گفته می شود که...)

این ساختار (Reporting passives) کمک می‌کنه شایعه یا اخبار رو بدون اینکه بگی کی گفته، به صورت «عینی» بیان کنی. یعنی تمرکزت روی «اطلاعات» هست نه روی «گوینده».

Grammar Rule in 30 Seconds

Use reporting verbs in the passive to share information without naming a specific source, creating a formal, objective tone.

  • Use 'It + passive verb + that' for general claims: 'It is said that he is rich.'
  • Use 'Subject + passive verb + to-infinitive' for specific focus: 'He is said to be rich.'
  • Common verbs include: say, think, believe, consider, report, and claim.
It + 🐝 (be) + 🗣️ (Verb-ed) + that + 📝 (Clause)

It is said that Apple is making a car.

It is said that the new movie is great.

5
فعل to be (معمولاً is یا was) را اضافه کنید.
6
فعل گزارشی را در حالت اسم مفعول (مثل said یا thought یا known) اضافه کنید.
7
کلمه that را اضافه کنید.
8
جمله را با خبری که می‌خواهید به اشتراک بگذارید تمام کنید.
9
الگو: It + is/was + اسم مفعول + that + جمله.
10
مثال: It is thought that the exam will be hard. (فکر می‌شود که امتحان سخت خواهد بود.)
11
الگوی «فاعل» (روش شیک):
12
این الگو روی شخص یا چیزی که شایعه درباره آن است تمرکز می‌کند. کمی پیشرفته‌تر است اما بسیار طبیعی به نظر می‌رسد.
13
با شخص یا چیز (فاعل) شروع کنید.
14
فعل to be را اضافه کنید (is ، are ، was ، were).
15
فعل گزارشی را در حالت اسم مفعول اضافه کنید.
16
to + شکل ساده فعل را اضافه کنید.
17
الگو: فاعل + is/was + اسم مفعول + to + فعل.
18
مثال: The teacher is said to be very kind. (گفته می‌شود که معلم خیلی مهربان است.)
19
جدول صرف:
20
فعل | الگوی It | الگوی فاعل
21
say | It is said that... | He is said to...
22
think | It is thought that... | She is thought to...
23
believe | It is believed that... | It is believed to...

It is said the movie is bad.
  • ✓ *درست:* It is said that the movie is bad.
  • قاطی کردن to و that: این رایج‌ترین اشتباه است. به یاد داشته باشید: «It» با «that» می‌آید و «فاعل» با «to».
  • ✗ *اشتباه:* He is said that he is rich.
  • ✓ *درست:* He is said to be rich.
  • استفاده از شکل اشتباه فعل: مطمئن شوید فعل گزارشی در حالت اسم مفعول (said ، نه say) باشد.
  • ✗ *اشتباه:* It is say that she is coming.
  • ✓ *درست:* It is said that she is coming.
  • گیج شدن در جمع و مفرد: در الگوی فاعل، مطمئن شوید is/are با فاعل مطابقت داشته باشد.
  • ✗ *اشتباه:* They is said to be late.
  • ✓ *درست:* They are said to be late.
اگر در ابتدا این اشتباهات را مرتکب شدید نگران نباشید. حتی گویشوران بومی هم گاهی می‌گویند It's supposed that در حالی که باید بگویند It is thought that.

ساختار مشابه دیگر، حالت مجهول معمولی است (The cake was eaten). تفاوت در این است که مجهول گزارشی از افعال *فکر کردن* یا *صحبت کردن* استفاده می‌کند (say ، think ، know). مجهول معمولی از افعال *انجام دادن* استفاده می‌کند (eat ، build ، break).
بنابراین، The house was built یک مجهول معمولی است، اما The house is said to be haunted

می‌توانید بگویید It was said that یا He was thought to be. فقط is را به was تغییر دهید.
س: آیا این برای سوالات هم کار می‌کند؟
ج: بله! «آیا گفته می‌شود که او در حال رفتن است؟» یا «آیا فکر می‌شود که او برنده است؟»
س: رایج‌ترین فعل مورد استفاده چیست؟
ج: Said قطعاً پادشاه افعال گزارشی است. شما همه جا It is said that را خواهید شنید!
س: آیا می‌توانم بگویم It is said to be؟
ج: نه، این دو الگو را با هم مخلوط می‌کند. از It is said that... یا Something is said to be... استفاده کنید.

نکات فرهنگی

British academic writing relies heavily on the impersonal passive to sound modest and objective, avoiding 'I think' at all costs.

Journalists use 'alleged' to avoid lawsuits (libel). If they say 'He stole it', they can be sued. If they say 'He is alleged to have stolen it', they are safe.

In casual conversation, 'It's said that' is less common than 'Word has it' or 'They say', but 'He's said to be' is common when discussing celebrities.

This structure comes from the Latin 'impersonal passive' where verbs like 'dicitur' (it is said) were used to convey general truths.
